Our success fee is only payable where we successfully recover all or part of the money owed to you. Fees are typically tailored to the complexity of the case, the age of the debt and the commercial realities of each case.
The success fee usually ranges from 8% to 25% of the amount recovered. Many instructions fall towards the lower end of this range, particularly where businesses provide regular or multiple instructions; and where the debt is not very old.
